What material suits audio enhancement?
Good for recordings, podcasts, phone captures, or slightly dull masters where online enhancement improves clarity before republish. Severely clipped, distorted, or ultra-low-bitrate files improve only modestly—enhancement is not a full studio restoration.
Is the process lossy? Which formats?
Enhancement aims for natural loudness and clarity; re-encoding depends on your export choice. Uploads follow the in-app format list. For persistent noise, run denoise before or after enhance per taste.
Enhance vs denoise?
Enhance targets overall clarity and presence; denoise suppresses steady background hum and room noise. Interviews often denoise first, then enhance lightly. Both are online and pair with separation and clipping tools.
